What We Do NOT Collect
Convix Hub is built privacy-first. We will never collect the following from you:
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers (except via voluntary contact forms)
- Payment information or credit card details
- Files or documents you process through our tools
- User accounts or registration information
- Browsing history or internal search queries
- Precise location data beyond what your browser may provide automatically
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Website, certain anonymous information may be automatically collected by third-party analytics services:
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type — all anonymized
- IP Address: Collected by analytics services for security purposes, then anonymized
- Cookies: Minimal cookies used for essential functionality only (see Section 6)
Information You Voluntarily Provide
If you choose to contact us for support or feedback, we use Google Forms. Any information you voluntarily provide (such as your email address and message) is collected securely through Google's infrastructure and used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this data to any third party.
Since we don't collect personal data through tool usage, our use of information is extremely limited:
- Website Analytics: To understand how visitors use our site using anonymized aggregate data
- Communication: To respond to your inquiries submitted via our contact form
- Security: To prevent abuse and ensure website integrity
- Improvement: To analyze trends and continuously improve our tools and services
This is the most important section for understanding your privacy with Convix Hub:
- All tools run entirely in your browser using client-side processing (Canvas API, Web Workers, File API)
- Files you upload never leave your device — they are processed locally in memory
- Conversions, calculations, and all data processing happen on your computer, not our servers
- We have no servers that receive, store, or process your files
- When you close the browser tab, all processed data is automatically cleared from memory
Hard architectural guarantee: Your files and personal data never reach our servers. This is not a policy decision — it is how the tools are engineered. There is no mechanism by which your data could be transmitted to us.
Exception — External API tools: Some tools (PIN Code Finder, IFSC Code Finder) send your query to publicly available third-party APIs. Only the lookup value (e.g., a PIN or IFSC code) is transmitted, never any personal file content. See Section 5 for details.
We use a small number of reputable third-party services. Each is described below:
Google Analytics
Anonymous website traffic monitoring. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
Google Forms
Powers our contact and feedback system. Data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
External APIs
PIN Code & IFSC tools use public APIs. Only lookup codes are sent — no personal data.
Google AdSense
Serves relevant ads. Ads are not intrusive and do not affect tool functionality or data privacy.
We use minimal cookies and do not engage in invasive tracking:
- Essential Cookies: Store your preferences such as dark/light mode theme
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage statistics
You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. Our tools will still work fully, though some preferences (like dark mode) may not be remembered between visits.
Our Website is not directed at or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us through our contact form, please contact us immediately at support@convixhub.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
While we don't collect personal data through tool usage, we still implement strong security measures across our platform:
- HTTPS encryption on all connections — your browsing is always encrypted in transit
- Secure hosting infrastructure through our hosting provider
- No data storage — the safest data is data that was never collected
- Regular security reviews of our codebase and dependencies

- We don't collect personal data through tool usage, so GDPR impact is minimal by design

For California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- We do not sell personal information — ever, to anyone, under any circumstance
